Serving Suggestions

Use only the enclosed scoop. To prepare, lightly fill the scoop and level off using the built-in leveller. Mix 5 scoops (approximately 27.5 g) with 140 mL of warm water (30–40°C), stir well, and consume immediately. The recommended serving is once per day, although individual needs may vary. One scoop provides approximately 5.5 g of powder.
