How to Use:
1-3 teaspoons daily mixed with warm water, in a tea, on a spoon or as a spread.
Storage:
Store at room temperature.
Warnings:
• Not recommended for infants under the age of 12 months.
• Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken.

A: Crystallisation is honey’s natural way of preserving itself. Honey goes hard or crystallises in colder climates and liquifies in warmer to hot weather. If you prefer your honey smooth, put it in a pot of heated water and the crystals will melt.
